ZyXEL G-270S is a wireless USB adapter compatible with IEEE 802.11g wireless standard. Using ZyXEL's wireless Super G technology with other compatible ZyXEL wireless Super G devices, the ZyXEL G-270S is capable of transmitting at up to 108Mbps ??twice the speed of the standard IEEE 802.11g. For easy and efficient setup, you can connect the ZyXEL G-270S to either a USB 1.1 or 2.0 port to conveniently access network resources (such as the Internet).
Enhanced Wireless Security
In addition to basic 64/128/152-bit WEP data encryption, ZyXEL wireless network adapters feature the latest, enhanced wireless security mechanisms such as Wi-Fi Protected Access 2 (WPA2), WPA, and 802.1x authentication.
